They took a check from my grandma in July for services they were not going to provide until January 2024. We’ve been asking for a refund and they refuse to do so stating that the bank is holding the refund. I’ve been going back and forth with them and they keep stalling and making excuses that they can’t refund the money because they can’t find the money. We’ve spoke to Roxana, Maria, Rosa and Valentin who is “always busy” when I call. And Armando too who says the same story, the bank is at fault. They are frauds and take advantage of people. Do not pay them for services they aren’t going to do right away.

Called to schedule a consultation and to request information on pricing for their services. The person that answered the phone call had zero knowledge and just asked a whole bunch of questions that made no sense that he didn’t even know what he was asking. By the way, at the end of it all my questions were not answered. I hope they hire somebody else soon that is competent and will not stray clients away from this firm.

If i could put zero stars i would, THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM AND ABUSE NOT EVEN REAL LAWYERS. Went to court to find out they arent real lawyers. Please do NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS
